Click Manage next to your active plan, then Cancel Subscription → confirm

Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead? Cancel there — Settings → your name → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android)
Heads up — Access continues until the end of your current billing period and you'll get an email confirmation. Deleting the GeForce NOW app doesn't cancel the subscription — you have to cancel it from your account or app store.
